Making A Purchase
Upon selection of your wheelbarrow add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping basket. After you have finished shopping click on the 'Checkout' and you will be asked to enter a few deatils that we need to complete the order successfully. We accept credit & debit card payments in Pound Sterling and only ship to UK addresses.
Orders received and goods payed for before 4pm, we will ship the same day.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All items are delivered free of charge 2 - 3 Working Day via Business Post to Mainland UK. Shipments other than Mainland UK incur a charge and may take more than 24 hours - this information is relayed to you at time of checkout. Delivery to Scotland and Northen Ireland may take longer.
If there is no-one in when the courier attempts to deliver the order a card will be left detailing how to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you then they will return the package to us after a period of approximately 5 working days. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.
Although we offer Next Working Day Delivery, please note that from the point of dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent delays from our couriers. Compensation for any expenses can not be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, nor for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item. Also, deliveries going to Scotland and Scottish Isles will take longer, typically 72 Hours.
Wheelbarrow Sales advises that customers who forsee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If a delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you and place your back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For all orders 20% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption via our third-party provider Paypoint.net. We do not store any financial information - this is for your own safety. A PCI DSS Certificate is therefore held by SagePay, and not ourselves.

Wheelbarrow Sales do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If it seems that the product purchased is unsuitable for you, or you are missing parts, please call us on 0117 330 2277 and we will be very happy to identify the problem or offer you an alternative solution. Similarly, if you are having any problems with any of our products, we will transfer you to a dedicated helpline for your product, ensuring a complete after-sales service.

Once the item is received and accepted, we will then issue a refund to your credit/debit card, or refund you via Paypal if that was your chosen payment method. Please note returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA Number.
